Ready-to-Ship Items:
Ready-to-ship products are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
Custom & Personalized Orders:
Custom products, including personalized ID badges and accessories, require additional preparation. Please allow 2 weeks for production unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available.
Scrub Society Studios is not responsible for carrier delays, but we're happy to assist with tracking concerns.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
If your tracking shows a delay, please contact the shipping carrier or reach out to us for assistance.
If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier.
We will review reported shipping issues individually and assist with any available carrier claims or appropriate resolution.
