Non-Custom Products:
Unused, unworn, and unwashed eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
For hygiene reasons, worn scrub caps, hair accessories, and other personal-use items cannot be returned.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
